I would like to address a few things here rather than in messages:
What I am doing is fixing everything the new Unity version broke. You might think "why not just not upgrade?" Well that is true and would save me a lot of work in the near future. If I am to stay up to date with changes and the engine I'm forced to upgrade step by step when Unity upgrades.
In activity from my self:
It might seem like I am inactive or just plain ignoring you, You are right (in a good way!). My public test #2 was due 22nd Jan that failed to hit that date. I'm spending over 14 hours a day working on the game to get it public for test #2. I honestly can not be on the forums (most of the time the tabs open), on facebook, on the email inbox, working on the game plus sorting the server stuff out all at once. My main priority is getting the game public. Everything else comes second to that.
What broke?
All the particle rendering broke so that includes the spells, blood and the ingame action text.
Lots of code tweaks are just been finalized.
Loads of new ingame bugs came to light on the 20th of Jan when I was pre-testing the installer/launcher/game with close friends of mine. These had to be fixed before I can release the client (I posted the biggest bug in the Public Test #2 thread).
So to finish up I can not split my self up to cover every aspect of the game. Although I would like to be here there and everywhere I honestly can not. The community around DoL is not that large at this moment in time to have me check the forums every 30-60 mins for a message/post. Getting the game on line is everything right now.
